Why are we fundraising
I'm frocking up this Frocktober to raise vital funds for ovarian cancer research — a cause incredibly close to my heart. Last year, I lost my beautiful best friend Annalei, one of the kindest souls I’ve ever known, to ovarian cancer. Right now, the five-year survival rate for ovarian cancer is just 49%. There’s still no early detection test, and treatment options haven’t significantly improved in decades. We can — and must — do better. Research is the key to changing the future for women facing this disease. This Frocktober, I’m proud to rock a frock in Annalei’s honour and raise funds for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation. Every dollar makes a difference. Together, we can help bring hope, change, and ultimately, a cure. 💚
