This is my 7th year frocking up for OCRF and I am really excited to be doing it all over again for such a worthy cause.

Each year around 1,600 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer and less than 30% of those women diagnosed in the late stages survive past 5 years. If it is found early on, survival rates jump to over 90%. Sadly the symptoms of ovarian cancer are vague and often mistaken by women and their doctors for gastrointestinal issues or common female complaints. At present there is no early detection test for ovarian cancer and it is not identifiable via routine health checks, contrary to common belief.

This is where your contributions come in; you will be funding research into an early detection test and personalised treatments. Your support means you are helping to change the future of women's health.
