Ms Jennifer Petropoulos

Head of Marketing & Digital, Witchery

Jennifer commenced the role of Head of Marketing and Digital at Witchery earlier this year having spent 15 years at major Australian and multinational retailers including Coles, Target, TJX Europe and The Just Group where she worked in a wide variety of marketing roles spanning advertising, media, digital, instore marketing and PR. A highly experienced retail and brand marketer, Jennifer is commercially-minded, result-oriented, and a forward thinking marketer.

Mr Justin Smith

Journalist, Broadcaster & Writer

Justin Smith is a Melbourne based journalist, broadcaster and writer. He’s the presenter of national radio program Macquarie Weekly across the Macquarie Network (2GB, 3AW, 4BC, 6PR), a columnist with The Herald Sun, and a weekly guest on Seven’s Sunrise program.

He was the executive producer for the Neil Mitchell program on 3AW for 11 years, before he hosted the drive program on 2UE Sydney for two years. He’s received numerous awards including a Walkley and Quill Awards from the Melbourne Press Club as part of the Mitchell program, and multiple awards from Commercial Radio Australia for his on air and off air work.

In 2013 he went to Afghanistan to host a series of national radio programs from the war zone, and was the host of the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing for the Macquarie Radio Network.

As a writer, his columns regularly appear in the Herald Sun and nationally through News Corp online. And his novel Babies of the Rose is set to be published mid 2019.

Justin is a board director for the Australian Childhood Foundation, and sits on the advisory board of TLC for Kids.

He’s married with two children.

Ms Helen Moreland

Member, Administrative Appeals Tribunal

Helen Moreland has more than 20 years' experience across corporate communications and policy development and has worked at both federal and state levels of government as a public servant and policy adviser, as well as in strategic communications consulting. Helen worked in federal politics as the Senior Adviser (Policy) in the Office of the Minister for Social Services. Helen was also Senior Adviser (Social Policy) in the Office of the Leader of the Opposition for the two years leading up to the 2013 federal election. Helen previously held various communications and stakeholder relations management roles in the Victorian Government and at Racing Victoria; and was an Associate Partner at Newgate Communications where she worked across client briefs across a range of sectors.

Ms Rosalind Willett

Managing Partner, Willett Marketing

In her role as Managing Partner at Willett Marketing, Ros has accumulated extensive managerial experience.

Her experience extends to sponsorship and event management, digital communications and education campaigns working with corporates and government clients. In addition to her professional experience, Ros is Chair of the Theatre Works board and sits on the Marketing and Fundraising Committee. She is also the Deputy Chair of Western Chances.
