Two Sewing Sisters is fundraising for
Two Sewing Sisters is the sewing and frock creations of sisters Lauren and Erin Ritchie. In our family a dress holds a story; where they came from, how they came to be and memories of the adventures had in them. Our Nan lived by the moto of A New Dress for every occasion. She used to create dresses for the family members and this tradition has carried on through the next generations. Each dress held a story that accompanied the frock. These frocks, were more than garments, but a symbol of love, celebration and family support. We loved participating in Frocktober over the last 7 years and we are excited to be doing it again this year to raise awareness and money surrounding ovarian cancer and the lack of early detection test. Fortunately we have not lost a loved one to ovarian cancer and we hope through campaigns such, we will never have to. You can follow along here or see our blog post at https://www.twosewingsisters.com/events/frocktober-2019/
